Why Bush's Foreign Policy Is Screwed Up
Because he didn't get rid of people like this a lot sooner. I hope that the next president, if a Republican, does a better job of controlling his own bureaucracy. If a Democrat, they won't need to.

I have to say I agree with that statement, although I think my definition of what the Palestinian leader deserves would have been different than our own State Departments opinion.
Having said that Bush's biggest problem, one I would not think an MBA would make, is hanging onto people rather than culling the herd.

I find the problem in Bush he's first taking decision after that he'll do/say everything to show his decision is right. That is not expect from a leader of big country.

On Condi Rice's first visit to the region after Arafat's death, she became the first high-ranking dignitary to do so without visiting Arafat's grave. There was some speculation as to why, but I figured it had to be because a lady doesn't spit in public.
I sure would've liked to be right...
