How Will I Keep Up With Bat Boy's Antics?
No one except the Weekly World News would cover him, and they're shutting down the publication. The New York Times stays in business, and the WWN goes under. What a crazy world we live in.
Maybe they can keep the tradition alive on the web. I had previously been unaware that they were based in Boca Raton. Maybe I'll drop by to express my condolences.

Rand, a great place for fringe news is India Daily. Click on their Technology section and you learn all sorts of great stuff about white holes, Type IV Civilizations, controlled black holes, and much more fun stuff.

WWW used to keep track of Hitler sightings too. I've always suspected that bat boy is Adolf's child. Or that space aliens took Hitler's DNA to create bat boy, and Rosie O'Homo too. But she was made with LEFT-overs.

I submit that the internet killed the WWN. I used to buy it regularly to post on my cork board at work. It was my only way to protest the junk being served by the MSM. Now that the internet is here, we can by pass that channel and express our opinions in a more direct way. I'll miss the old paper, my favorite stories being the spontaineously combusting bunny and the refrigerator that was possessed by Hitler.
Good stuff.

...the refrigerator that was possessed by Hitler.
So when you opened the door, you had to click your heels and bellow 'Heil Hitler!' or it would have you sent to the Russian front? Whoa.
Better than being possessed by Hitler yourself, I guess.

I thought I read they were just ending the paper circulation. They will still exist on the web.

Carl,
the thing about that refrigerator that let them know it was possessed by Hitler was the way it worked. All the French food was on the left (Western Front) and the freezer, instead of being on the top, was on the right (Eastern Front).
Hitler's Frigidaire met it's final end when they tried to clean out the freezer, it committed suicide rather than being taken defrosted.
