Fire In Tehachapi

As Clark notes, a lot of Mojave space workers live up in the mountains west of town, including Jeff Greason, head of XCOR. Here's hoping that they, and their families and belongings stay safe.

There were a few people evacuated, but I don't know of any injuries or loss of property other than the obvious flora destruction. The view from my front yard (gravel, actually) was awesome for a few days.
