The Bare Essentials

There seems to be a small epidemic of people driving in their birthday suits. You may or may not be astonished to learn that in at least one case, alcohol was involved.

Wasn't there a former assistant coach for the Detroit Lions who was busted last year for driving naked through a Wendy's drive-thru? Shockingly, I think alcohol was involved there as well.

Busted for driving naked, or for driving drunk? All drivers cited so far broke a number of laws other than "drive naked" -- assuming there is such law to begin with. I know a woman who liked to drive topless (in upstate NY), and as far as I know was never stopped. But then, she never did anything akin to ramming into houses.

There is. It's called "Indecent Exposure". The woman mentioned in the first article (the one who drove into a house with a UHaul) was charged with it, among other things.
