Yea Orbital Express just demonstrated fuel transfer in orbit! I bet the Russians are surprised and amused about this as they have been doing it for about 3 decades.

Slight mention of the Japanese. The ETS VII mission in 1998 did the rest of the things that the Orbital Express guys are crowing about now. (oh and OExpress cost 4X what ETS VII cost).

And the number for the mission is closer to $400m when you include the overruns and launch cost.
