Geekiest. Tattoo. Ever.

Hard to top this.

He'll be pretty embarrassed in a couple decades, when we've evolved beyond HTML (and the thing's getting a little wrinkly). Of course, by then, tattoo removal technology should be pretty far along as well...

George Carlin has a thing he used to do about tattoos. He said he saw a guy with the following tat,

"Please don't tell this guy all the shit we wrote back here. He thinks it's a pirate ship!"

"Date a girl with tattoos. She's already shown she's willing to live with her mistakes for the rest of her life."

Geeky tattoo...now there's two words you don't normally associate together...

Posted by Alan K. Henderson at March 6, 2007 03:28 AM

Well, expect to associate them more and more often, as tattoos have gone mainstream.

As for embarassment decades down the road -- tattoos are not really forever any more. When HTML is gone, he will just have it lasered out and replaced with something more up to date. I expect tattoo removal and updating to become a sizeable industry within 15 years.

I have to admit I like that tattoo.

On him.
