Who Wants An Anti-ASAT Treaty?
As I noted in my TCSDaily piece, I'm not a space lawyer, but Jesse Londin is, and she has some thoughts on the legalities of the Chinese ASAT test.

It would be about as effective as the post WWI naval treaties. Better just to have ASATS ourselves, and rapid re-launch capability rather than putting our trust in yet another cross-your-heart-hope-to-die treaty promising that all parties will play nice. They won't. History shows that they never have. Why do we keep falling for treaties?
