Wacko In Waco

A four-year-old boy was suspended from school for sexual harassment--of a teacher's aide:

A letter from La Vega school district administrators to the student's parents said that the boy was involved in "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment" after he hugged the woman and he "rubbed his face in the chest of (the) female employee" on Nov. 10.

Must be education majors.

Just when Waco (which I live near) has finally felt it was moving past all the "Wacko in Waco" jokes after the Branch Davidian siege, here comes another clueless, PC teacher's aide and school administration to bring it all right back. What a bunch of buffoons...

What's really bizarre was that this was originally going on the kid's record permanently as sexual harassment. What's next? Being legally required to report his whereabouts to the police per some sexual predator law?

Karl, imagine if that happened, and his parents decided they wanted to homeschool him -- but it runs afoul of the laws limiting how close a sex offender can live to a school...

I dunno... something is weird here: it seems to me
that someone who would feel "sexually harrassed"
by being hugged by a 4-year-old child probably
should not be working as a teacher's aide. That
does not strike me as "inappropriate behavior"
on the part of a little kid toward a caregiver.
