A Chinese "Space Shuttle"?
I wonder what the center picture is on this web page? And what the "15" means? Years until it flies...?

As a commenter notes, it's not Chinese, but Korean, which I should have known by the name of the publication.

It is a "safer" design than STS. The orbiter sits atop the stack, so you don't have to worry about falling foam and less concern with exploding tanks underneath.
