Oh my, this was funny until you find out this isn't the nutjob's first offense. His previous felony was with a horse that he killed. This guy really needs to be removed from society.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. He is pretty sick, and people who are cruel to animals generally graduate to being cruel to people, if he hasn't already.
