I'm all about eggs and oil mayonaisse.

I have never -- never -- understood what mayonnaise brings to the table (so to speak). What is the purpose of this goop?

Do you know what Salt brings to your chocolate? there is salt in your chocolates, do you know what parsley brings to your cold pasta salads?

Mayonaise is like, it's hard to describe, it makes a juicy burger MORE juicy, and MORE flavorful.

Mayonaise, in general acts as a catalytic flavor sensation that makes all cured, or warm meats taste like the food of the gods.
