I almost posted some similar stuff to respond to anonymous in the thread below. I can see the protests in 1943, "Why is the US attacking Germany when Japan attacked us on 12/7?" Or around mid summer 1945, "Who cares about Hitler, it's Emperor Hirohito who attacked us..."
