I think that the buttermilk is cheating myself, but it would still be a harsher regimen than Mother Sheehan's current one of fasting on malts.

I'm perfectly willing to believe the guy lives on sunlight...as long as he's willing to spend, say, a month, in the company of people who watch him 24/7 to verify he's not cheating.
