That's apparently what Larry Tribe thinks about yesterday's (appalling--at least, even by supporters of it, from the standpoint of the reasoning) judicial ruling.

Judge Taylor's unable to come up with a rational argument for declaring over-the-air signal intercepts as unconstitutional, but since a few Bush haters know in their heart that Bush is wrong, then she still came to the right conclusion.

Yep, Fake but Accurate seems descriptive.
