The real disaster is having to drive through Dothan, Alabama.
I spent two weeks there one Sunday afternoon.

Are you sure it wasn't a Saturday afternoon in Dothan when everyone is trying to get to and from the Gulf Coast beaches?
We ended up having some OK BBQ - not great North Carolina Lexington-style BBQ - but OK nonetheless.
