Turnabout Is Fair Play
I'd love to see a class-action suit against Elliot Spitzer.

Spitzer made a mistake when he initiated his prosecutions of Dick Grasso and Maurice Greenberg. I believe Spitzer now knows this since he has not targeted any more wealthy individuals and has gone back to his old saw of beating settlements out of corporations.
Corporations are not people and have no feelings or sense of pride so they have been easy targets for Spitzer whether they were guilty or not. Corporate boards and management will almost always settle rather than fight a lawsuit so that they can get on with business.
On the other hand individuals such as Grasso and Greenberg have no reason to settle; after all, their pride and reputations are on the line. There will also be an elevation in their stature if they beat the rap. I look forward to seeing Spitzer duke it out with the Goliathes he has targeted. They have the resources to match his and I believe justice is on their side.
