Kong has a slim chance at real world believability, but I doubt if Godzilla would be realistic on any level. LOL.

In speaking about how Kong would behave in a city, Barbara King is quoted: "I think he [Kong] probably would completely freak out and become aggressive," she says. "Any animal would go on the offensive and try to escape."

In the movie, he beats off a Tyrannosaurus Rex that tries to snack on Darrow.
