I've always wanted to see a good 0-g kendo fight filmed by a Hong Kong director. The inside of a STS ET would have been perfect (perhaps with a Bigelow balloon inflated inside).

It would take wire-work to a whole new level.

Imagine zero-gee soccer, with players drifting backwards and spinning every time they kick the ball forward; I think that we'd see a lot of guys mule-kicking the ball with the bottom of the foot to minimize the spinning.

John Carmack & co. do judo, so they tried it out on zero-g parabolic flights. It wasn't too successful. His analysis is here:
