Q: The Anglosphere needs a new historical narrative, you say.

A: Building space colonies is one answer.

= = =

What is the Anglosphere? Mother England of course plus its English speaking colonies: The U.S. & Canada & Australia & New Zealand.

Did I miss any?

Ireland, Scotland and India are interesting examples where tension with the English remains despite obvious strong ties. Egpyt has less strong ties with its colonial past.

The Anglo-sphere came into being BECAUSE the English colonized places like North America and Australia. Nowhere left to colonize, except out in outer space.

Seems obvious to me.

= = =

Now, which branch of the Anglo-sphere will be the speartip? Interesting question.

That's an answer to a question that wasn't asked, Bill. It seems to be your all-purpose (and usually wrong) answer to any subject.

Create any narrative, and the necessary question is "what happens next" unless the story is over.

Okay, create an Anglo-sphere narrative. What happens next?

Will the narrative carry the reasons so many former parts of the kingdom vied for freedom?
