John McCain says that he has anger management issues. He also has adherence-to-the-Bill-of-Rights issues, but he won't admit to that.

2: Gun Control Activities. There's lots more on Google.
3: No one violates 3. ;)
4: Steroids Drug Testing
5: Comments about Military Tribunals. This is a time 'of war or public danger'.
He's not a proponent of leaving as much as possible to the states, nor or limiting the overreach of government either - 9 & 10.
