What He Said

John Podhoretz, on Republicans:

Sometimes...they're just...indefensible.

Hard to imagine Kos, or Kevin Drum, or Yglesias saying that about Democrats.

Kos is consistently pretty hard on DLC people, such as in today's post about the St. Paul mayor, here: http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2005/9/15/04156/6429. So, you don't have to imagine it at all.

Does Kos bash Dems as often as conservatives bash Republicans?

And on highly visible issues, like not evacuating their constituents in time to avoid a catastrophic flood?

Posted by Alan K. Henderson at September 14, 2005 11:43 PM

Markos doesn't consider DLC people Democrats.

Posted by Rand Simberg at September 15, 2005 04:47 AM

Has he revealed his seeeeeecret plan to destroy the DLC yet?

Posted by at September 15, 2005 09:38 AM

Markos just went off on liberal Garrison Keillor over Keillor having no sense of humor about a guy selling shirts that read "A Prairie Ho Companion"

About as blue on blue as you can get. Yup liberals attack each other also.

= = =

Some now say Tom Delay was just being snarky.

Posted by Bill White at September 15, 2005 09:58 AM

I didn't say that Democrats don't attack each other, Bill. I said that they don't call other Democrats' actions indefensible. Please try to pay attention.
