Wrong War
Rich Lowry describes the current state of the idiotic war on pot, and the continuing idiocy of John Walters. You'd never know that there's a real war on, with stuff like this going on.

...well at least they fought the urge to say Pot was THE gatewey drug, and ALL drug users start there.
That old line has been proven wrong by the "coke" influx of the 1980s and all the Ecstasy taken by ravers now.
IF the feds had any sense they would legalize pot, let Philip-Morris, RJR and the rest do the manufacturing and TAX, TAX, TAX!! Using the procedes for drug abatement and drug treatmnet programs.
YEAH YEAH YEAH, I know."...everyone will be driving around high as a kite!!" Well sports fans and others, I live in North Carolina and before we got liquor by the drink here that was the argument. "...everyone will be driving around drunk as a skunk!!" Well it didn't happen. People who are NOT NOW driving drunk or high will not suddenly start because of new laws, or decreases in laws. If that worked when they stiffend laws, those crimes would cease to exist. Doesn't happen.
