I personally know a number of the principals, and I'm quite hopeful that they'll be able to deliver. They understand the importance of keeping design-test-modify cycles short, and they have a creative design team.

At least two of the MSS folks are regular commenters here - Jon Goff and Mike Mealling - and I think Dave Masten has popped in from time to time, too (this is aimed at other folks diving into the comments, not you, Rand - I know you know this stuff already).

Full disclosure: I've talked with Dave about finder's fees for plasma physics experiments, and I'll be trying to do a little informal market research for them at the APS conference later this year.

Well, welcome to the new kids on the block! The more the merrier. ;->

Aleta: Thanks, it should be a lot of fun and a lot of work. You at XCOR set a high standard to try and match (or exceed). :-)

And for those with cool RSS tools, we're running Wordpress so you have your pick of syndication formats for keeping up with what's going on.
