I'd imagine moving cross country would be a large task to overcome.
I helped my brother move this past weekend. Piled everything from his old house into U-huals largest truck. Drove 15 minutes down the road to his new house and pulled everything out again in one day. On the way home I stopped and got a fresh tube of ben gay before the hurt even thought about setting in. The rest was nothing a few six packs of beer couldn't handle.
