There's a hurricane in the south Atlantic ocean. This is extremely unusual.
I blame George Bush.

Why blame Bush? I don't.
The way I hear it, Richard Clarke gave uncredible data to the Weather Channel. In truth, there is no hurricane. And to say otherwise is just revisionary weather forecasting.
