It's like Deja Vu all over again. Weren't we doing this 30 years ago?
I'm sur however, it'll be advertised as lighter, but come in overweight, more advanced, but less reliable.
I hope I'm wrong.

The ressource module of Boeings CEV looks a LOT like the European ATV (first flight to ISS planned for this year).
