Where Are The RLVs?
Rocketman explains. I find little with which to disagree except, like Mitchell Burnside Clapp of Pioneer Rocketplane, I'd like to dispense with the phrase "reusable launch vehicle" (one that has many misleading connotations) and call them space transports.

I don't know about "space transports". After all, that could easily get confused with vehicles that would never see atmosphere (except on a really bad day). But now that you mention it, I do look forward to the day when RLV is inadequate to describe the variety of active launch vehicles.
