Veni, Vidi, Yucki

I came, I saw, I said "yuck."

Never managed green ham but I used to get a kick out of having green eggs for breakfast in front of roommates. The reactions were priceless.

Wow! Thanks for that link. It's not often neo-latin gets in the news. My brother is a neo-latin scholar and I'm studying it myself as part of my masters.

Thank you for the geeky delight.

It could be worse:

"Iay oday osay ikelay eengray eggsay anday amhay.

Ankthay ouya, ankthay ouyay Amsay-Iay-Amay!"

Green eggs are easy, cook powdered eggs, leave overnight in an aluminum container, voila. Best we could do with ham was to develop a semi-metallic-looking sheen, the precursor to fur growth. And after a coupla days of c-rats we're talking food of the gods ;)
