I left California for Nevada this past March after over 15 years of living there. Only an idiot would try to start a business there, and you have a multitude of problems that the governor, legislature, and electorate seem incapable of recognizing, much less solving, until it will be too late. They ought to rename the state "Nueva Argentina" and get it over with! :-)
