What's Reasonable?
Randy Barnett (subbing for Glenn at glennreynolds.com this week) has a post on reasonable gun regulations that's worth reading, including the question of whether or not the Second Amendment allows personal nukes (read the comments in the post).

What has been allowed for most of American history is that civilians can own the same weapons carried by a foot soldier whether that is a British Brown Bess or an M1 Garand and Colt 1911. A return to historical precedent would suit me just fine.
