Assisted Suicide?
Just as a reminder, while yesterday's Apollo anniversary was of course much more significant, at least over the long haul, it was also the tenth anniversary of an event that started a very troubling chapter in our politics--the untimely death of Clinton White House counsel Vince Foster.
Joe Farah has a rundown on why, whatever the truth (and it may never be known due to the flawed nature of the investigation), we should remain very skeptical of the official story.

My sentiments exactly.
Oh, were we talking about Vince Foster? I saw the title of the post and thought the topic was David Kelly. Sorry, my mistake.

Well, the ultimate outcome David Kelly story remains to be seen--it's very early (compared to a decade particularly), but I haven't seen any indication yet that the investigation was botched in a similar manner, or that all evidence was warped or trashed to fit a predetermination of suicide (exactly the opposite of how one is supposed to treat a mysterious body).
I'm talking about Foster because anniversaries are a good time to be reminded of past events, good and bad.

The Vince Foster case is what confirmed my worst fears about the Clinton administration. The first news reports I read about it attributed his death to a mugger...but also reported that he still had his wallet on him with cash in it!
No wait, now it must be suicide! But his body appears to have been moved after he was shot!
The first time I saw a picture of Bill Clinton I thought he looked like a used car dealer, and was not to be trusted.
Nothing since then has changed my initial impression.
