I Thought He Retired...

O'Reilly is talking to historian Douglas Brinkley. The screen is saying David Brinkley.

Speaking of the latter, I still recall with joy his faux pas (i.e., telling the truth) on election night in 1996, when (probably thinking his mike wasn't live) he called Bill Clinton "a bore" and said that his election-night speech was "full of goddamned nonsense."

I miss him.

I loved that faux pas, too, and became an even bigger fan of Brinkley.
