I had originally thought your headline had to do with people calling for more Shuttles or maybe a Shuttle 2, as in "well they don't work well so that means we just need to do more of what we've already been doing". But after looking I realize its just the French. Maybe that's why the Ariane 5 is so scrwewed up: they just keep doing more of what doesn't work.
