I believe the quote is "unclear on the concept", but that's OK.

For some reasons this reminds me of the joke about the cannibal consultants. They get hired and told not to eat anyone. A month passes, a secretary disappears, and all hell breaks loose. The boss cannibal has a meeting with all the rest of the cannibals and says, "Now you guys did it! We were perfectly fine as long as we restricted ourselves to management, but one of you just HAD to eat the secretary!"
