Getting Ready To Take It On The Lam?
Arafat and his henchmen are stashing millions off shore, probably in anticipation of the upcoming collapse of their little thugocracy/kleptocracy. Looks like they're expecting a little chaos.
That'll buy a lot of baby wipes.
