Out With The Bad, In With The ...?
John Magaw has resigned. It's not clear if his replacement will be less protective of federal employees' monopoly on firearms. But if he is, this will be cause for rejoicing.

The news is even better. He didn't really quit--according to USA Today, he was sacked.
Fortunately for him, not quite like this guy, though.

Mineta should be next to "resign", but it may have to wait until we get another demonstration of his ineffectiveness, and of the necessity for arming commerical pilots.
