Yes. Just imagine people in, oh, say Florida, coming forward and saying, "I think I'd rather not have voted for Pat Buchanan, please."

Damn. There's a job offer I turned down a few years ago that I wish I had taken. You think they might take me now? I mean, I didn't try to blow up their offices or kill their employees or anything like that, so why shouldn't they?

The worst part of this is that the nevilles will hail it as a breakthrough, and that peace is now at hand.

Actually, his statement is misinterpreted. What he said is that he now recognizes Camp David's right to exist. He'll work his way up to granting Israel the same privilige real soon now.
