I remember that one. I was a big fan of Bugs Bunny cartoons as a little kid, then had the luck to have a little brother born when I was 16 and a son born when I was 23, so I kept on watching….
Actually I cheated a bit. The actual confrontation was between Bugs and Daffy Duck and the sign said:

Rabbit, Duck!” ends with Elmer deciding it’s Baseball Season (after which Daffy confesses the truth and is gunned down by an army of hunters.” I had to look it up to check our memory.
