Congratulations on a successful mission. Thoughts from Jared Isaacman:
We are back on Earth and look forward to sharing the results and our experiences with all of you. The scientists and doctors rightfully own all of our time for the next few days, but I did want to share a few thoughts as I reflect on our mission and what we set out to accomplish.… pic.twitter.com/Lr3hj5Tb7U
Roberts has been a deep disappointment, going back to ObamaCare. Republican nominees are (sadly) typically disappointments. Democrats know how to find loyalists.
And as Glenn writes: “…if every institution has been corrupted, then every institution is corrupt. And if every institution is corrupt, how much loyalty do they deserve from the citizenry? And if the answer is “not much,” then what right does the current government have to exist?”
Who cares about murder, rape, job loss, ingrates on welfare, fentanyl, hundreds of thousand of kids in sexual slavery? But eat a cat, and now we’re mad.
We listened in the car. It was infuriating to see her get away with lie after debunked lie, without a single “fact check” from the “moderators,” who were doing it to Trump continuously. Trump didn’t do great, but the circumstances weren’t great.
He won't do it, because he never does it, but Donald should apologize to her for saying she was "bleeding from the eyeballs and whatever" when she moderated a debate with him. She's standing up for him, and against his (and America's) enemies. https://t.co/xy4vRd6tZP
We’re driving up to Utah today, and then up to Idaho Falls tomorrow, to take care of business in Jackson, and do a little tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton. I’ll have the laptop with me, but don’t know how much blogging I’ll be doing. It’s the closest thing we’ve had to a vacation this year (not counting the visit to Florida last month, which was more family).
[Tuesday-morning update]
Spent the night in Richfield, UT. We occasionally stop here on our way to/from Denver from LA, because it’s a motel we like, and it’s a good halfway point. Heading up to Idaho Falls, ID today, to spend three days.
I supported removing Saddam Hussein, but it was because I genuinely thought that the Bush/Cheney administration had strategic goals and plans for the Middle East, including dealing with Iran. Boy was I wrong.
