How to make it a reality.

Donald Trump is a great man of history.

Advice to Pete Hegseth from Kurt Schichter.

Pete is probably way ahead of him, which is why the Democrats and RINOs fought his nomination.

      1. As I get older, I want one of those robotic toilets from Japan that gives you a wash, rinse, blow dry and curl of your perineal hairs.

  1. I think McConnell, once again and certainly will again, stabbed conservatives in the back. I have a feeling this is what happened; more Republicans wanted to vote against Hegseth for whatever reason. They all knew if Hegseth didn’t get confirmed, after a massive Trump victory and his growing approval numbers, there would be hell to pay. Ultimately, they would not win. So, what to do? I think McConnell offered to do a no vote, as he is on his way out, as a signal that old school Republicans and leadership disagreed with Trump.

The real way to get back at these clowns, after doing what Kurt suggests, is to simply do a damn good job as SecDef. I have no doubt Hegseth will turn improve the moral in our armed services.

It has only been a week, and Trump is carrying out his promises and the results speak for themselves. Career civil servants that put their personal pride and livelihood ahead of the citizens they were employed to serve are being fired. Those that were grifting on the DEI gravy train are receiving RIF letters. Violent criminals with rap sheets including murder and rape in multiple countries from where they lived previously are being sent back to those countries for punishment, instead of freedom on our streets.

People are taking note, because it is obvious the federal government could have acted sooner. Biden left the White House then went to California. Trump made it there by the end of the week to provide aid. According to California, the Palisades fire were caused by NYE fireworks. It has been going for nearly 3 weeks, and neither Kamala nor Biden did a thing to help. Neither did McConnell or these Republicans that think themselves morally superior. People can see what is happening, many firsthand.

    1. Someone made the point on x that you cant send all these young men to fight and die for 20+ years and then exclude them from participating at home because the old people who started the wars don’t want to compete.

  2. Kurt Schichter‘s advice is exactly on point. The DEI games and defiance have to be ruthlessly stomped out immediately. And by immediately, I’m talking about his first week in office. Open defiance of the CinC is a court marshall offense. Fire some of them and prosecute the rest. Sometimes, you have to make some examples in order to get people’s attention and let them know you’re serious.

  3. ” I think McConnell offered to do a no vote, as he is on his way out, as a signal that old school Republicans and leadership disagreed with Trump.”

I think The GOP “No” voters knew that Hegseth would get confirmed and felt safe in voting No in order to preserve their “maverick” status. They need to be punished severely. Remove them from committees and see to it that they are primaried by serious candidates.

Either get with the program or skedaddle.

      1. Oh, there are some that I’d love to see as prisoners…at Leavenworth. Busted to E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances (and retirement), loss of security clearances, and sentenced to hard labor. Sends a message.

  4. “Over the last year, Donald Trump has emerged as a Carlylean figure, an historic man of action who, having triumphed over extraordinary adversity, has become a totem of the age, a man through whom the highest ambitions of the country find expression.”

Trump is one of three, four if you include Musk, known men of history across the globe today and when the other two see the challenges he overcame from people and the providence bestowed on him, they must be a little worried.

Democrats played such a big role in all of this with their constant line stepping. They mocked Trump egging him on to run. They banned the Babylon Bee and forced Musk out of California. They spent 8 years demonizing Trump with over the top sensationalizations that no one believes anymore. They persecuted him with the full power of their party inside and outside of government. They played resistance games that only served to train Trump into be being effective.

Their biggest blunder was cheating in 2020 and stealing the election. Had they let Trump take the office he rightfully won, he would be gone right now. They could have continued all of their sabotage from inside government. Trump had four years to contemplate and plan and won a resounding mandate. None of their shenanigans will work now.

When Democrats see the military flying people back to their home countries, will they realize how they made it all possible?
