  1. I know a lot of people in the UK (my family is from there, and I go over often), and was talking to one about this just today.

They knew about the rape gangs, but it wasn’t well covered in the media. It was also intentionally downplayed – and they knew it.

One huge issue is they (regular people) had little they felt they could do; they felt that both parties were complicit in this. And, it’s a fact that, especially lately, speaking out, even posting or re-tweeting UK public records, will get you a visit from the police, or worse.

My take; I think Musk kicking open the issue in a way that can’t be silenced or forgotten may well be the one and only chance the UK has left.

  2. I’ve been to the UK several times but no more. The UK is on my expanding list of countries I’ve visited before but never again. Putting people in jail (or gaol, as they spell it) for speech is what totalitarian governments do.

  3. The Police are threatening to arrest any Americans who tell the truth.

Bring it, Swampy. Bring friends, Bring lunch.
