‼️BREAKING‼️ The Colorado Supreme Court ruled in favor of Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop

Today, the CO Supreme Court dismissed Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Scardina because an attorney harassing Jack did not follow the correct process in suing Jack.

A textbook case of the process being the punishment. The only beneficiary’s of these proceedings were the lawyers.
Unfortunately, it’s another one of those decision by technicality.
What’s needed is for a court like this to just come out and say compelled speech is un-American. Besides, there are other bakeshops in here in Colofornia* that would gladly create your “Satan smoking marijuana” cake for you. What is the obsession with this particular cakeshop, other than to punish for wrongthink?
(Besides, I’ve always thought Satan was smart enough to not do those stupid things He advocates.)
