  1. For me, it was April 2020. I was willing to entertain the 2 weeks, although for where I lived, those 2 weeks would have been better in July 2020 rather than March, April or May when it was hardly a thing.

What no one wants to remember is Trump tried to lockdown foreign travel to the location of patient zero as early as February, which is what is usually meant by quarantine. But Democrats decided it was racist to interfere with the Chinese New Year, so they hosted mass spread events nationwide. We can only wonder if this would have been a pandemic at all, had they just supported a quarantine travel for 40 days.

  2. “Two weeks to flatten the curve”

One of many things about that year that have been stuffed down the Memory Hole. (Will there ever be a review of the deaths that indiscriminate use of ventilators caused?)

    1. …and four weeks to flatten the economy.

But don’t worry about a recession. Because the Inflation Reduction Act, that K was the decisive vote for in the US Senate, will boost “temporary” inflation to heretofore unheard of levels. So high that you won’t notice the recession.

And for that alone she deserves another 4 years?

  3. As long as you can send old people back to their nursing homes to infect their fellows so that they all die while accusing other governors whose states have lower death rates than yours of being murderers, I’m sure everything will be fine.
