The Food Pyramid is the root cause of the obesity and diabetes epidemics, aided and abetted by ingredient cheapening, as with high fructose corn syrup. I guess the expert motto is, if at first you don’t succeed, kill them all some other way.
WB, I’m surprised you haven’t taken this idea to its logical conclusion and written a story about it. Injectable genetically modified chlorophyll nano-engines that directly convert sunlight into the blood sugars needed to sustain us without “food”. Supplemented with vitamin/mineral pills and the occasional shot of olive oil and a butter pat. In fact, among the elite, being “green” becomes a literal thing. For the poor who cannot afford the expensive injection and are slowly starved to death because of lack of traditional food production, well we all know it isn’t easy becoming green.
This story is emblematic of why we should, as a matter of national policy, ignore the WEF at all times. In fact I would go so far as to adopt legislation that automatically imposes a 75% administrative tariff on any idea they float.
