The NIH is telling people to supplement with vitamin D.
I wonder how many lives would have been saved if they’d said that three years ago? And maybe we’ll start taking lysine, too, given how cheap it is.
[Update a couple minutes later]
Gee, D may reduce the chance of suicide, too.
It really is an underrated miracle hormone.
Yeah, I wish that the USPS would have been used to distribute Vit D from early on.
And also distribute clear masks with replaceable high-quality filters:

Every since I got turned onto the value of Vitamin D, I was telling everyone to take it. I slightly OD with 5thousand, but it gets expelled.
I told my X she should take it, at whatever her research tells are and that it’s the only daily supplement that I take, when I NOTICE that I don’t take it, and “mood” was one of the things that referenced, as well as motivation. Vitamin D should have always been on everyones radar, and I’ve only been taking it regularly for about 8 years. When Glenn started praising it, and me realizing I was working night shift, I pouded it, and I was far more attentive, and “upbeat” not like stoned, but less likely to be bored.
