What would Amash do if his supporters were getting beat in the street? Could he handle the IC spying on him and attempting to overthrow him in a coup?
Even if your vote won’t count toward the Electoral College, it’s still recorded in the popular vote. If everyone who voted Libertarian in 2016 had voted for Trump, he would have won the popular vote as well as the Electoral, even if everyone who voted Green had voted for Clinton, removing a major “resistance” talking point. In 2020, any vote not for Trump is a vote for socialism and, ultimately, fascism. I wasn’t going to vote for Trump in 2016, but I stood in the voitng booth and thought about it for a few minutes, and then changed my mind.
