I’ve tried this but I have to be careful, as if I go too long I get huge migraines.
The big problem most people have with eating once a day, at dinner, is, they’re “saving up” for a pig-out, which does the opposite of what’s intended. Personally, I eat a small breakfast, substantial lunch and sparse dinner. I try not to snack.
