of COURSE Harris thinks human behavior can be changed. And it can…to some degree…by the threat of fines jail, and/or the use of personal destruction.
What she consistently fails to understand is that human nature cannot be changed. And so her energy utopia cannot be realized because of human nature and the laws of physics…neither of which she seems to have the slightest tinkling about.
