No, this is supposed to be booster B1046 which launched Bangabandhu-1 back in May, so a 2 months turnaround.
To be fair, one week turnaround is decent history in itself.
I believe that the 1-week turnaround is for the drone ship Of Course I Still Love You. The booster referred to in the article – B1046, was used to launch Bangabandhu-1 on May 11. Still, a pretty impressive turnaround, but the article could have made that clear.
