More and more people are starting to spread the word on how scientifically insane it is, including a physician who is a former vegan. Not that I care about Bill Clinton’s health, but it’s nice to see that he’s gotten off that idiotic low-fat diet. It was probably killing him and he didn’t even know it.

Bill Clinton should be shunned by all who claim to be a part of polite society. A low fat diet that was probably killing him is a feature not a bug in his case.
I think there are people giving better advice than this physician. Vegetables contain a fair amount of carbs.
I’ve lost 9 kilos (now 68) and my wife now 49Kg has lost 4 Kg by going HFMPLC for just over two years now.

You need to keep your carbs between 50 and 100 g per day for weight loss. That is a substantial amount of vegetables, from what I understand. In other words, I don’t think you need to pay attention to how many vegetables you are eating.
I consider it funnier than all get out that Bill Clinton has a close friend named “Hyman.”
